Scriptsure updated their software the evening of 12/29/20. In that release, the following items pertaining to CT|One were included:
Enhancements
1. Added filter to remove archived diagnosis codes from the diagnosis section on a prescription historical list. Previously, Scriptsure was still showing archived/inactive diagnosis codes in the diagnosis history. With this release, inactive diagnoses should no longer display in the historical diagnosis list.
2. Added set-up step for prescriber to opt into ePa with CoverMyMeds
Scriptsure has the ability to link to CoverMyMeds for prior authorizations.
When appropriate, an agency may get a prompt to enable prior authorizations. The prompt looks like this:
If the integration is desired, click Begin Signup and you will be walked through prompts for setting it up.
If the integration is not desired, click Decline Signup.
If you are not sure, click the Close X or Skip. You will receive the prompt again the next time you login to Scriptsure.
You can also Sign Up for Prior Authorizations by going to the Settings menu:
Once you click Sign Up, you’ll be prompted to accept the Cover My Meds Terms of Use and set Notification settings.
Read through the Terms of Use |
|
Scroll to bottom, check boxes and click Continue |
|
Select when to be notified and which Prescribers you which to receive notifications about. Click Update |
|
Click OK to confirm the update |
|
You are then shown the CoverMyMeds dashboard. |
From this point, it is the same interface you are used to in CoverMyMeds.
Our CoverMyMeds Prior Authorization account is under the administrator. Will it work for my Prescribers?
The CoverMyMeds interface in Scriptsure is the same interface CoverMyMeds provides outside of Scriptsure.
The administrator may go into CoverMyMeds as a supporting user and select the prescribers that they want to manage. They will need to have Prescribe Using access within Scriptsure to facilitate that.
Added new Add User button to top toolbar for administrators
This shows at the top of Scriptsure window:
We strongly encourage administrators to add users via the platform app since that gives you the ability to set the External Id for each user. The External Id is the ‘glue’ that connects the CT|One staff to the prescriber in Scriptsure, so it’s crucial you set that value when adding a user.
4. Added EULA signing within the ScriptSure applicationTo use Scriptsure, an End User License Agreement must be signed. If you have not yet signed it, you will now have the ability to sign it when Scriptsure opens.
5. Added new flows to remove the password page during invitation
Scriptsure has modified the new user invitation flow to remove the password page during the invitation.
Bug Fixes
1. Repair issue on refill requests where the message is validated during a decline on controlled substances.
If you receive refill requests in Scriptsure, you may have received an error message stating ‘Class-II controlled substances sent electronically refills cannot be greater than 1’. This issue should now be fixed so that you can decline the refill request.
