Summary

• Updated note signing to only allow creating an appointment when myAvatar required fields are present on the note. 
• Updated the Sync Issues report to retain issue text when a sync issue is cleared.
• Updated the Supervision Dashboard Program Display Top Performers and Late Signer widgets. 
• Added a Recent Groups section to the Groups display.
• Instruction question types can now be configured as patient-viewable.

  • For myEvolv Quality Coach users, finalized notes from myEvolv now import into Bells automatically.

Custom Note Sections

• In Custom Note Sections, Imports and Assessments, the Instruction question type can now be configured as patient-viewable (used with patient signatures).
• Enhanced the Single-choice question type as part of Custom Note Sections, Imports and Assessments to include Action functionality. For each answer option in the question, an Action link is available to configure if the answer option should “Do nothing” (default option) or “Change Service Type”. When configured to change service type is configured and the answer option is selected in the note an additional field shows to select a new service for the note. 

Groups

• The Groups tab, under Patients/Groups, now has a Recent Groups section which shows you the last 5 groups you used to write a group note.

Reports/Dashboards

• On the Sync Issues report, the issue text will now remain after a sync issue is cleared.
• Updated the Supervision Dashboard Program Display Top Performers and Late Signer widgets. These widgets have been updated to more accurately display users that are top performers and late signers. The late signer widget will now filter out users if their percentage is less than 50%. Both widgets' colorization based on the percentage has been updated. 

myAvatar

• When configured to Create Appointment on note signing, do not show the Create Appointment checkbox unless the note has a start date, end date, location, place of service and episode.  These are required myAvatar to avoid a sync error.
• Added a new toggle to the Program Service validation that allows you to limit services codes to only the services configured through the validation, based on the selected program.
• On the Note Type section for Add-Ons, you can now set the Add-on duration to be minutes only or hh:mm.
• On a note type, you can now turn off the ability to add an ad hoc problem in the Problem section of a note.
• A patient's contacts in Bells now includes contacts entered via myAvatar's Emergency Contact form.
• A nightly Sync Issues job will run to clear any sync issues that have been resolved outside of Bells, but not marked as resolved in Bells.
• Introducing Clinical Pathways! Clinical Pathways now sync into Bells from myAvatar and Bells Pathways can be configured in Bells to enroll patients for the pathway. Several areas in Bells have been updated to support the new pathways including Custom Note Sections/Imports/Assessment/Subforms questions and answer filters, Quality Coach questionnaires and Note Types.

• On a note type, you can now turn off the ability to add an ad hoc problem in the Problem section of a note.

Bells Virtual Scribe

• Updated Bells Virtual Scribe Insights with a new section for Risk Factors. 

Bells Quality Coach

• Added a Program filter to the Quality Audit display.
• Added a new ‘Notes Not Audited" report to Reports to show all notes that weren’t audited based on a specific time frame, practitioner, client or the note origin.
• For myEvolv Quality Coach users, finalized notes from myEvolv now import into Bells automatically. Once imported, these notes are read only and will flow through the Quality Coach note audits. Signed note displays in Bells have been updated to include an Origin filter to see just notes from Bells, just notes from myEvolv or notes from both. Notes that are imported from myEvolv have the import icon on the note record.

• Added Patient View (used with patient signatures) to Assessments.
• In group notes, fixed filtering to pull the correct services when an organization is configured with the Group Note Force Service Override preference and the Group Note Type is set to filter Services.
• Updated remember logic to clear invalid location defaulting.
• Updated edit session logic for individual and group notes so that all validations are checked when the session information changes.
• In session details, if a Bells note type has been selected and then the session status changes to a status that does not apply to the note type, unselect the note type so the user can select an appropriate note type for the status.
• Updated starting an assessment note from an appointment so that it shows the same assessment note types as when the note isn't from an appointment.
• Corrected sorting on the Signed Notes report so that sorting by session date works appropriately.
• Corrected the emailed version of Signed Notes report so that it matches what the exported version of the report produces.
• Quality Coach
  • Fixed the displays to show the Bells Virtual Scribe microphone icon on sessions created via Bells Virtual Scribe.
  • Improved how expansions are handled to avoid an app error when reviewing multiple notes rapidly.
  • Corrected Quality Audit displays to show the calendar icon when the note originated from an appointment.
