Clinical Supervision Clinical supervisions can recorded in CT|One with a few quick set up steps. Required signatures are added to the clinical supervision note just like any other progress note. Staff Master • Staff must have an employment segment. • Staff must have a supervisor selected. Service Type • Service Type Delivery = HR Service • Prog Note Tab, Show = HR Default Note 1. Open the Supervision tab on the Staff Home window. 2. Right click on the staff member. a. Staff Supervision Note: Opens the clinical supervision note. b. Staff Employment History: Opens the staff member’s record to see all clinical supervision notes. c. Multi-Staff Supervision Notes: Opens the group clinical supervision note.
