Creating Drop-Ins

Did you know, you can create drop-ins on-the-fly in your scribbles or notes? 

Whenever you type text you frequently use into a scribble or a note, highlight the text by clicking and dragging the mouse over the text to create a new drop-in on-the-fly.

Creating drop-ins on the fly is as easy as 1… 2… 3… 

1. Select the text intended for the Drop-In 
2. Select Make drop-in from the pop-up menu
3. Name and Save it

It looks like this: 

Bonus Tip: If your new drop-in is something your team can utilize, you can share it when you create it. If your new drop-in can be used by your entire organization, work with your Bells admin to turn it into an Org-Level Drop-In.
