Patient and Staff Usage Reports

Guess what?

Bells has reports to show you which services a patient has received, as well as which services you've provided.

Let's take a look at these two useful reports.

Patient Service Usage

When you want to see which services have been provided to a patient, the Patient Service Usage report is the place to look.
Tip: Your organization may call a patient by a different term, such as client or consumer or youth.  If so, the report name will begin with that term instead of 'Patient'.

To access the report, click the report icon in the left navbar:

Then click on

Across the top, you can filter this report for a time period (Today, Last 3 Days, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days) or a date range of your choosing. You can also filter the list for a specific patient or patients, as well as for a specific service code or service codes. If this is a filter you will use frequently, you can Save the filter and reopen it whenever you need it.

For each Patient, you can click on the patient to see the services offered, based on the filters you've set. You will see each service, the time spent in that service, and how that time compares to the previous time period.

For example,

Practitioner Service Usage

When you want to see which services have been provided by a practitioner, the Practitioner Service Usage report is the report you want.
Tip:  Your organization may call a practitioner by a different term, such as therapist or staff. If so, the report name will begin with that term instead of 'Practitioner'.

To access the report, click the report icon in the left navbar:

Then click on

The filters you see across the top are the same as for the Patient Service usage report above, with one exception - this report can be filtered by practitioner rather than patient.

Each practitioner that has provided a service, based on the filters you've set, will be displayed, along with total time spent for the service.

Click on a row to see which patients received that service.

This is just two of several reports available to you in Bells. For additional documentation on all Bells reports, hop on over to the Bells User Guide's Reports article.
