Scribble Sharing

• Enhanced Scribble functionality to allow users to share scribbles with other Bells users. There is a new pill style toggle at the top of the Scribbles displays for Personal and Shared. When scribbles are shared they'll show on the new Shared display.

Drop-In Sharing

• Updated Drop-Ins to allow users to share drop-ins with other Bells users. Enhanced the drop-in display to be grouped by categories for Personal, Shared and Organization. There is a new field on the drop-in editor to enter the shared users.

Note Types 

• For myAvatar users, introducing a new note type section to use in Progress Notes. The new section is for Evidence-Based Practices and will pull the values from myAvatar.

 Agenda 

• For myAvatar users, updated the display when an appointment is cancelled to show the status appropriately as Cancelled. 

Dashboard

• Based on feedback we've updated the dashboard to no longer include the Recent Activities widget. Instead the Unsigned Notes widget is back! Clients that do not utilize the Scheduler/Agenda will see the Scribbles widget is back in the bottom left corner of their dashboard, where the Unsigned Note widget was previously. 

Drop-In and Expansion Libraries

• Introducing the Drop-In and Expansion Libraries. Now Bells administrators will have an existing list of rules to reference for their organization that can be imported into their Drop-Ins and Expansions to be set-up and used in Scribbles or Progress Notes.

Expansions Display 

• Enhanced the Expansion display to be sorted by type (Organization or Personal), no longer include pagination, and users can now click on the expansion in the row to edit/review the expansion. 

Note Types

• Updated the myAvatar Note Type fields as part of the Note Type and Custom Note Section configuration displays to be searchable.

Import Library

• Corrected a display bug in the Clinical Recommendations Import Library when in dark mode. 

Validations

• Fixed a bug in the Progress Note Validations giving invalid service options in the prompt. 

Progress Notes

• Corrected a bug in the left pane of Progress Notes for the scribble display. 

User Management

• Introduced a new Bulk User Import as part of User Management. Admin users can type or paste in a list of users to import from the base-EHR instead of importing one by one through the User Management display.

• For myAvatar users, we've enhanced the Treatment Plan display to group and sort treatment plans by their start date.

Progress Notes

• For myAvatar users, we've added the ability for Bells admins to set Note Types to send to myAvatar as an Independent Note in the Note Type configuration. By default this will be set to off. When turned on the note will sync to myAvatar as an Independent Note.

• Fixed a bug in progress notes with multiple session time increments not allowing the user to change the date of the note. 

Validations

• Introducing Progress Note Validations! Like Clinical Recommendations, your Bells admin can set up validation rules to check against your progress notes for missing information, incorrect service types, programs or session details.

Appointment Creation

• For myAvatar users, we've enhanced the appointment create functionality to detect when an appointment that is being created from the note will overlap with an existing appointment and giving the user the ability to select an existing appointment or create a new appointment.

• Increased the header size in progress notes and updated the goal section button to be more visible to the user.

• Fixed a bug with groups causing topics to not sync as expected from CT|One to Bells.

• Corrected a bug in the Custom Note Section preview, the narratives were not showing as expected and the radio buttons could not be selected.

• Fixed a bug when a note is minimized and the user tries to maximize it back to the full screen size. 

Application

• Enhanced the minimum resolution for the application for users with monitor resolutions less than 1366px, Bells will rescale (zoom) to 80% to better display the application.

• Corrected a bug in the Copy functionality in the Note Type and Custom Note Sections. 

Patients

• Fixed a bug in the Patient sync workflows for diagnosis and treatment plan goals/objectives. 

Groups

• Corrected a display bug in Group Notes when the session time is overridden for an individual of the group, the length of session would continue to show the length of session for the group instead of the updated individual length of session for the note. 

Agenda 

• Fixed a sync bug in the Agenda display causing an infinite load loop when a large number of appointments attempted to sync for the user. 

Appointment Creation

• For myAvatar users, we've added the ability to create an appointment when signing a note, when the note doesn't originate from an appointment. The new appointment will display in Bells and myAvatar.

Reports

• Enhanced the Report Schedule Email functionality, we've removed the filter for "Today" and added a filter for "Prior Day". Since report emails are sent early in the morning, we've updated the filter to account for the complete prior day so it's not including incomplete/partial days.

Progress Note Search

• Corrected a bug in the Progress Note search not correctly searching based on a text search. 

Group Notes

• Fixed an issue with group notes, when the time was cleared to change the date of the note to the current date. 

Patients

• Introducing the Clinical Recommendation Library. Now Bells administrators will have an existing list of rules to reference for their organization that can be imported into their Clinical Recommendations to be set-up and used in Progress Notes.

Patients

• Fixed bug in the Patient Search functionality throughout the application not properly returning the results when searching by Patient ID. 

Email Reports

• Corrected a bug in the Email Report functionality for the Patient Access report not correctly showing the filters applied to the report in the body of the email being sent. 

Sign-In

• Enhanced the sign-in display with a one-click solution for NIAM sign-in. 

User Management 

• Updated the User Management display to include a column to indicate the users who are NIAM Enabled. 

Mobile 

• Corrected a bug when the application times out for users not utilizing biometrics on their devices showing the PIN display to unlock the application but not accepting the users PIN as expected.

Progress Notes 

• For CT|One users, fixed a bug when a note is voided in CT|One, the timestamp in the history was not showing accurately. 
• For CT|One users, corrected a bug in the group note process not properly handling the removal of a patient note from a group. 
• For myAvatar users, fixed a bug in the note sync from Bells to myAvatar changing the Location on the note. It was found that myAvatar uses what's on the appointment for the note, so Bells now changes the location on the appointment when the note syncs to myAvatar. 

Patient Chart

• Updated the display of the Distribution of Services widget. 

Patients

• Enhanced the patient search functionality throughout the application to allow users to search for patients by phone number. 

Custom Note Sections

• Corrected multi-select question type right pane options that were not showing as expected. 
• Fixed Custom Note Sections to respect the vertical orientation selection for single and multi-select question types. 

Patient Chart

• Introducing the redesigned Patient Chart display. We've changed the Worklist tab of the display and created a more robust dashboard to bring you more data at-a-glance. Refer to the user guide for more information. 

Security

• For myAvatar users we added security enhancements to support NIAM access. 

Progress Notes

• Corrected bug when an Other field is added to a question in Custom Note Sections, not retaining the data entered when writing the progress note.
• Fixed a bug in the Session Time section not handling date spanning as expected. 

Emailed Reports

• Introducing the Email Report functionality. With this new feature, users can set up scheduled or ad-hoc sending of reports for the Patient Access, Signed Notes and Unsigned Notes reports. Bells Administrators can enable the ability for either administrators or all Bells users to email a copy of the reports to Bells and non-Bells emails. For more information, see the Bells User Guide.

•  For CT|One users, when a Bells note is voided, the void date/time will now reflect the time the note was voided. 
• For CT|One users, corrected how Bells handled when the configuration in CT|One did not include the General Note Smart Sig, duplicate signatures were being required.

• For myAvatar users we enhanced the note type and custom note section validations to check when the Note Type's myAvatar Progress Note selection does not match to the myAvatar Progress Note selection for any Custom Note Sections in the Note Type. Also added a check to the Note Type save validation when the myAvatar Progress Note selection includes required SSSM questions,  this check is that there is a custom note section with those question included.  

Reports

• Introducing the Recommendation Summary report. This report is admin only and will show three different graphs that break down your organizations clinical recommendations. This report also includes a raw data view that you can export.

• Fixed a patient sync issue when staff contacts didn't include an effective date preventing the patient from syncing properly to Bells. 

Custom Note Sections

• Enhanced Custom Note Sections with conditional question logic. When configured additional questions can display in the progress note based on answers to other questions in the note. Refer to the user guide for more details. 

Expansions

• Corrected bug in expansions when highlighted text is replaced with an expansion causing the expansion to not expand. Additionally corrected when a space is missed after an expansion and then added, the expansion will now expand. 

Progress Notes

• Fixed bug causing the "Oops! An unknown error has occurred." for myAvatar users when starting a note. 

Dashboard

• Updated the dashboard filter button verbiage from "Weekly" to "Last 7 Days" to be clearer for the data timeframe. 
• Enhanced the Welcome widget metrics and the Distribution of Services displays to include a new filter button for Last 30 Days. When selected the data displayed will show for the Last 30 Days vs. the Last 7 Days. 
• Added remember functionality to the filter setting, so when you leave the dashboard section and come back the filter setting previously set retains. 

Progress Notes

• For myAvatar users, goal and objective note selections are no longer syncing to the Notes narrative field in myAvatar, instead it will show in the "Note Addresses Which Treatment Plan" field. 

Scribbles

• Corrected bug in Scribbles causing the text from one scribble to overwrite to several other scribbles. 

Note Type Configuration

• Updated the display of the Note Type Configuration to better utilize the open space and prevent the user from having to scroll the display to get to the Save and Cancel buttons. 

Progress Notes

• Corrected the format of the Episode field on Session Information and note grid displays for myAvatar users. 

Custom Note Sections

• Fixed bug in Custom Note Section configuration changing Multi-Select question types to Single Select question types in the display.

• Updated the right pane Correctness messages to include updated messaging. 
• Enhanced the Session Time section to include keyboard functionality to add a new line. Now when the user tabs through the fields a new line will be added.

Dashboard

• Added helper text to the Welcome widget of the dashboard to let the user know when the metrics were last updated. 

Note Types 

• For myAvatar users: Updated the Note Type configuration display to include save validation requiring at least one text section be included in the note, if the note type includes a Custom Note Section that has the "Include in EHR note narrative" toggle turned off. 

Custom Note Sections

• For myAvatar users: Updated the Custom Note Section "Include in EHR note narrative" functionality to default to on and disable if the note type associated to the Custom Note Section does not include at least one text section. 

Dashboard

• Enhanced the Recent Activities widget to include filter remember functionality. When you change the filter from All to Notes or Scribbles, leave the section and return to the dashboard, the filter you set will still display. 
• For organizations that do not use the Agenda, we've brought back the Recent Drafts widget to show instead of the Upcoming Agenda widget. The widget has been renamed to Unsigned Notes. 

Progress Notes 

• Updated the progress note goals section to accommodate non-episodic treatment plans for myAvatar users. 
• Updated the progress note goals section to accommodate the new Maine treatment plan for CT|One users. 

Custom Note Sections

• Enhanced the Custom Note Section functionality for Radio Buttons and Dropdowns. We've merged the two question types into a new question type called Single Select. Additionally, we added defaulting functionality based on the number of answers added to the question to determine between the question displaying as a radio button or dropdown. Refer to the user guide for more information. 

Note Type Configuration

• Updated Session Time section in Note Type configuration to no longer include the "Required" toggle. When the session time section is included in the note type it is required. 
• To support non-episodic treatment plans for myAvatar users, added a new toggle to the Goals section in Note Type configuration to "Allow non-episodic goals". 

Application 

• Updated the Agenda widget appointment detail display to include appointment staff names. This update was made to the Dashboard as well as the Patient Chart Appointment Tab. 
• Enhanced Add windows to include a larger click target when making the selection. This update was made to the Diagnosis add window as part of the progress notes, Service Type and Note Type add windows as well as the Service Type and Note Type configuration add windows. 

Patient Chart

• Enhanced the patient chart to include a new tab for Appointments. This tab includes a toggle between past and upcoming appointments for the specified patient. Refer to the user guide documentation for more details. 

myAvatar Progress Note

• Updated the Note Type and Custom Note Section configurations to include a myAvatar progress note dropdown for myAvatar users. These selections will filter the available Custom Note Sections on the note type configuration. Additionally updated the Note Type and Custom Note Section display lists to include a new column for this setting. This is only visible to myAvatar users. 

Custom Note Sections 

• Updated some of the Custom Note Section question type icons to be more apparent for the question type. 

Application

• Updated the patient card and patient name display throughout the application from "Patient First MI (AKA/nickname) Patient Last" to "Patient First (AKA/nickname) MI Patient Last" since the AKA/nickname is typically associated to the patient's first name.  

Dashboard

• Corrected bug in the Welcome widget Late Notes metric not taking the new organization preference for the Session to Sign threshold into account when counting late notes. 

Progress Notes

• Fixed bug in group notes incorrectly handling the session time for No-Show and Cancel notes when sync'd to CT|One. 
• Corrected time increment bug in group notes when multiple increments are added for the group. 

Dashboard

• Enhanced the dashboard with a more user-friendly display and to include user-based metrics, upcoming appointments, distribution of services graph display, as well as Recent Scribbles and Drafts. As part of this update, we've removed the Pinned Patient feature. 

Organization Settings

• Added a new setting to customize the threshold for the Session to Sign alert. 
• Hide the Service Locations section in the organization settings for myAvatar administrators. 

Custom Note Sections

• Enhanced SSSM question sync from myAvatar to include Time question types and added support to include them in Custom Note Sections. 
• Added a new setting for question types to add a paragraph break as part of the selected question. Adding a paragraph break in the right side settings pane will function the same as if it was added to the question list. This will help declutter your question list for the Custom Note Section. 
• Added functionality to the Custom Note Section configuration when required details are missing on save to auto-scroll to the question with the missing detail and display a error to the user. 

Expansions

• Updated Expansions to include auto-complete functionality. When you start typing the text for an expansion, placeholder text will show for the remaining text of the expansion. Hitting tab on the keyboard will auto-complete the expansion. 

Progress Notes

• Corrected bug when the user discards the note backup tab after changing Note Types that caused the note backup tab to reappear when the note is reopened. 

Reports 

• Fixed report filters to match the data being presented when the report opens.
• Corrected report filter remember functionality to be per report and not per user/across all reports that include filters. 

Diagnosis

• Enhanced the sync logic for Bells to handle DSM-5-TR diagnosis codes. 

Clinical Recommendations

• Updated the Clinical Recommendations Service Type filter to include the View All display multi-select functionality. 

Custom Note Sections

• For myAvatar users, added a new Custom Note Section option for "Include in EHR note narrative". This new setting would allow administrators to include or to not include the note narrative when syncing to myAvatar. This will prevent duplicate text from showing for the note in myAvatar. 
• Added a new layout setting for Multi-Select, Dropdown and Radio Button question types in the right side settings pane for "Alphabetize List". Refer to the User Guide for more details.

Custom Note Sections

• Corrected a bug in Custom Note Section Text Blocks when utilizing the AKA placeholder to correctly display the AKA for the patient or the patient's first name when AKA is not available. 
• For myAvatar users, when SSSM questions are imported, fixed the hover tooltip display to only display when hovering on a non-editable field. 

Scribbles

• Fixed bug preventing some images from being uploaded to Scribbles.

Custom Note Sections

• Updated the placeholder functionality for dropdown question types to appropriately show the placeholder text in the note editor. Additionally removed the placeholder field in the right settings pane for Ranked List and Multi-Select question types since there is no where to display it for the end-user. 
• Enhanced Custom Note Sections when adding questions to add the new question just below the current selected question, instead of always adding to the bottom of the question list. 
• Added helper text to Custom Note Sections and Templates to help users utilize placeholders. 
• Updated the placeholder logic for AKA when the patient doesn't have an AKA in Bells to use the patient's first name instead. 
• Enhanced the display in the Custom Note Sections set-up to include an asterisk (*) in the question list for required questions. 
• Updated the settings pane functionality when an optional myAvatar SSSM question imports into Bells, the user can mark the question as being required in Bells.  
• Updated the settings pane functionality when a myAvatar SSSM question imports into Bells, the user cannot add an Other option to Multi-Select or Radio Buttons in Bells.  
• Added collapsing/expanding section headers to the right settings pane in Custom Note Sections for the Filters and Advanced sections. When the user collapses or expands the section, the application will remember the setting so the user doesn't have to re-collapse or expand the section each time. 
• Added an X to the far right side of dropdowns in the progress note to allow users to clear the selection when incorrectly set or if the question is optional. 
• Enhanced Custom Note Sections with various styling updates including radio button/check box column updates, short text and dropdown question type field displays in the note editor, field heights and fonts, etc. 

Clinical Recommendations

• Enhanced the Patient Label rule of Clinical Recommendations with new logic for patient noun consistency.

• Updated No Show and Cancel note status functionality to properly handle the session time to sync over to the base EHR.

• Fixed Custom Note Section $ placeholder functionality to be more user friendly and properly show the list when the $ is entered in the output.

Pull Forward

• Enhanced progress notes to include pull forward capability. Progress notes configured for pull forward will pull based on the most recent signed note for the same patient, same service type and same note type, as well as an additional setting to pull based on same note author. Configuration can be set at Note Types as well as Custom Note Sections. Refer to the user guide for more details. 

Dictionary

• Added personal dictionary functionality to personal settings and the progress note writing experience. Refer to the user guide for more details. 

Agenda 

• Updated the Agenda icon to be easier to see when in dark mode. 

Clinical Recommendations 

• Enhanced Clinical Recommendations to include copy functionality. Copy will allow users to take an existing rule and all of the configuration for that rule and copy it to a new rule to make Clinical Recommendation set-up faster and easier.

• Corrected patient import functionality in Bells to not allow users to import patients who do not have DOB data in the base EHR when searching from the Patient List.

• Fixed Custom Note Section field validation so that settings such as number of selected options are validated on note signing rather than on note save or edit of the session information.

• Updated the verbiage of the Goal section button to "Select Goals". The new verbiage better represents the actions of the new goal/objective selection display. 

Progress Notes

• Corrected a bug causing duplicate session times on the notes in CT|One, when a note was unsigned and resigned in Bells.
• Fixed a bug for tablet users when copying from a scribble to a progress note.  

Group Notes

• Corrected a memory spiking issue when a user creates a group note with forty or more patients. 

Patient List

• Updated the Patient List section patient search functionality to include the pull sync updates to our sync functionality to allow for Live Pulls of data from CT|One. This same functionality has already been added to Bells as part of other patient searches and as part of User Management. Similarly, you will notice a new pill-style toggle where you search for Patients on the Patient Section. 

Chart

• Enhanced the Chart display with a new tab to handle Sync Issues for progress notes. When a signed note is unable to sync to the EHR, it will show in the display and give you options for next steps. See the user guide for Chart for more details. 

Progress Notes

• Corrected a bug allowing users to delete signed progress notes.

Group Notes 

• Corrected a display issue on the Group Note start note display causing the therapist drop down to reposition after setting a new primary therapist for the group. 

Progress Notes

• Corrected a progress note time discrepancy bug causing session time in notes to show differently between Bells and CT|One. 
• Fixed a bug in the Scribble display on the left pane of the progress note editor preventing the counter of scribbles to increment correctly. Additionally fixed the navigation through the scribbles via the previous/next arrows in the bottom right corner. 

Location Role 

• Updated the code that handles the Places of Service from CT|One, a new code was adopted by CMS for Place of Service 10. 

Appointments

• Updated the appointment sync logic to pull appointment information from CT|One once per browser tab session for Bells. 

Group Notes

• Enhanced Group Notes to accommodate adding up to 8 therapists to the group session. Refer to the user guide for more details.  

Sign-In 

• Updated the sign-in workflow from a single display to two displays. First display to type in the username, and the second display for the password. This will be more secure and offer additional security and flexibility for the future.  

Progress Notes

• Corrected issue causing the program to drop off the progress note in Bells and therefore in CT|One. 

Groups

• Fixed a bug in the Group configuration preventing admin users from configuring notes types for Groups. 

Progress Notes

• Enhanced the Goals/Objectives display and functionality to allow for up to 3 tiers to display when the treatment plan in CT|One supports the data entry. This mean that treatment plans that include Long Term and Short Term goals are now properly supported. 

Patient Chart

• Updated the Signed Notes display of the patient chart to display all signed note records for the selected patient regardless of author for the note as long as the user has access permissions to view the patient. Additionally updated to always show the author column in the display. 

Groups Tab

• Added a new toggle to the Groups Tab of the Patient section in Bells. This toggle will filter the display between the Configured groups and All groups. Configured groups are the groups that have note types set up for all three show statuses and can have notes written for the group. 

Custom Note Sections

• Enhanced the Custom Notes Sections with a new question type for Staff Search. This new question type will allow users to search and select a staff as part of a custom note section within a progress note.  

Pull Sync

• Updated our sync functionality to allow for Live Pulls of data from CT|One. You will notice a new pill-style toggle where you search for Staff/Users as part of User Management.

Unsigned Notes Report

• Corrected a bug in the Unsigned Note Report showing signed group notes.

Signed Note Report 

• Updated the handling of the date grouping and sorting of the Signed Note report when filters and sorts are applied. 

Progress Notes

• Fixed sync bug for Progress Notes from Bells to CT|One for the program selected as part of the note, incorrectly displaying back in CT|One. 
• Corrected the sync logic handling the programs available to select as part of the Session Information.

Progress Notes

• Corrected a bug in progress notes that include Custom Note Sections erroring on save stating that a staff is required when a staff is included on the note. 

Reports

• Introducing the Staff Service Usage and Patient Service Usage Reports. These reports will provide visibility into the services being provided to Patients. The Staff Service Usage report breaks down services by staff then by patient. The Patient Service Usage report breaks down for the patient per service. Refer to the User Guide for more details. 

Custom Note Sections

• Enhanced the Custom Notes Sections short text question type to include a new layout option to support phone formatting. 
• Further updated the styling within Custom Note Sections to tighten them up by eliminating the extra space within questions/answer sections as well as in between the questions.

Bells notes in CT|One

• We've cleaned up the Progress Note details that show in the General Tab of the progress note when back in CT|One to remove duplicative details from the data that shows on the Session Information tab. 

Progress Notes 

• Fixed bug causing the clearing of the Service Type after selecting the Location for the note when starting a note from an appointment. 
• Corrected display bug causing Signed Notes in Bells to not show for users that were not the author of the note. 

Service Types

• Corrected a display bug preventing the Note Types from showing in the Service Type admin display. 

Service Locations 

• Fixed a bug when searching/filtering the list of Locations. 

Application

• Applied fixes to the application causing loading issues with enrollments and the data of the sidebar for the patient in the progress note, as well as issues when starting a note from the Recent Visit bar patient card.

Custom Note Sections

• Enhanced the Custom Notes Sections with a new question type for Dates. 
• Updated the styling within Custom Note Sections to tighten them up by eliminating the extra space within questions/answer sections as well as in between the questions.

Sidebar

• Enhanced the sidebar as part of the Patient Chart and left pane of the Progress Note to include remember functionality. When you expand/collapse the sections of the pane, leave the note or leave the section and come back, Bells will now keep your place and remember if the bar was collapsed/expanded including what section of the left pane of the progress note you were on. 

Bells notes in CT|One

• We've cleaned up the Progress Note details that show in the General Tab of the progress note when back in CT|One to remove duplicative details from the data that shows on the Session Information tab. 

Diagnoses

• Changed the logic in our sync code from CT|One to Bells in regards to diagnoses. We now eliminate duplicates based on display, keeping the diagnosis with the oldest onset date. The diagnoses that will show in Bells must be: 
  • Associated to an active enrollment
  • Effective as of the current datetime (within a 5 minute margin) 
  • An enrollment closed today will cause its Dx to drop off today
     

Progress Notes

• Enhanced the Scribble section on the left pane of the progress note editor to allow the display to show scribbles for the selected patient or all of the users scribbles. We've added a new menu in the top right corner of the section to allow you to toggle the display from the selected patient to all of your scribbles. 

Agenda 

• Updated the auto-scroll functionality when you access the agenda to no longer scroll you beyond appointments for the current date.  

Settings

• Updated the Settings verbiage used for a user's settings from User Settings to Personal Settings on the section header as well as corresponding sections under the Personal Settings. 

Reports

• Corrected the Signed Note and Patient Access reports Custom date range filters to be available.  

Scribbles

• Enhanced Scribbles in the Mobile application to prompt the user when deleting a scribble regardless of if there is an attached image.

Scribbles

• Corrected bug when creating a second new scribble that was incorrectly displaying the editor pane and not allowing text to be added. 

Progress Notes

• Fixed a display bug causing the sign note display to "blink" when the user attempts to sign a note.
• Corrected the "recovered data" from incorrectly displaying when the user attempts to sign a note.  

Reports

• Updated report exports to export the results that show in the report on the display. 

Application

• Fixed the displays for signed notes for users when the All Patient restriction is set across the application. 
• Updated search fields on configuration displays throughout the application to correct an issue not allowing result codes (like service type codes) to be searched. 

Dashboard

• Corrected a bug in the display of Draft notes on the Dashboard showing other users' notes. 

Custom Note Sections

• Added helper text to the Custom Note Section editor to assist with the use of Placeholders. Placeholders help you get more value from the pre-determined text used in Custom Note Sections and Templates. 

Progress Notes

• Corrected a bug in Session time on the progress note spanning the date incorrectly when the session does not span to the next day. 

Service Location

• Fixed display issue on the Service Location display in Global Settings when using the filter. 

Patient Population Management  

• Corrected issue for users who couldn't view Signed Notes in the application when Restrict Patient Access setting is set to All Patient.

Unsigned Notes Report 

• Fixed bug for the Unsigned Notes Report not showing unsigned notes unless a specific patient is searched. 

Patient Population Management

• Introduced the Patient Population Management feature. This functionality allows administrators in Bells to apply patient access restrictions or inclusions at the Organization level, User level, and Patient level. At the Organization Level, all users can be configured to have access to just their Care Team Patients or All Patients. User Management allows the Organization Level permission to be overridden for individual users. Additionally, specific Patients can be marked as Confidential, which either allows a select list of users to access their information, or users can be excluded from the patient to restrict access. Along with this functionality, users can also "Break the Glass" in emergent situations to access information for Patients outside of their Care Teams. The new Patient Access Report allows administrators to audit this access functionality. Refer to the User Guide for more details. 

Group Notes

• Updated the Unsigned Note Report to remove single patient progress note pagination when progress notes are viewed in the Unsigned Note Report. 

Reports

• Updated the Reports section to no longer default to the Unsigned Note report. Now when you access the report section, the last report you accessed will show. 

Progress Notes

• Fixed bug in the edit session information workflow that was incorrectly clearing the enrollment. 
• Corrected an issue prematurely prompting the Auto-Recover functionality when starting a new note, which prevented the progress note from fully loading the note type. 
• Fixed a bug in the progress note session information defaults that was causing the Service Location to no longer default based on the patient and user combination. 

Unsigned Notes Report

• Fixed a bug in the Unsigned Note Report note viewer where selecting a patient's note in the report opened the incorrect patient note. 
• Fixed functionality in the Unsigned Note Report that would show signed notes as part of a group note record when selected to view on the Unsigned Note Report. 

Group Notes 

• Corrected a bug in the Group Note editor causing the button "Mark as Reviewed" to allow the group note to be signed to disappear.  

Agenda

• Enhanced the Agenda display to include a button for "Today" to navigate to the current date. 
• Updated the display of Group appointments in the agenda. Added the Group icon and Group name on the appointment card as well as in the appointment details in the right pane of the display. 
• Added functionality to the Agenda so that notes can be started for appointments that include multiple staff for a single patient. 

Reports

• Updated the Unsigned Note report to allow users to click the note record in the report to display the note. Additionally, if the user is the note author the note can be edited or completed from the report and added a new button so the patient's chart can also be accessed. Refer to the user guide for more details.  
• Added the ability to delete saved report filters on the Signed Note Report.

Reports

• Corrected a bug on the Unsigned Note report for the display of note records for CT|One supervisors.

User Management

• Fixed a display bug on the User Management display causing columns to disappear without being able to access them when the browser is set to a smaller size. 

Progress Notes

• Corrected a bug when editing the session information for a progress note causing the session time to change or changed session time to note retain correctly, or clearing out the Service Type/Note Type or Location. 
• Fixed a bug in the start note workflow graying out note types that require a diagnosis for patients with active diagnosis. 
• Corrected and cleaned up a sync bug for the diagnosis selected as part of the note from Bells to CT|One causing skipped pointers on the claims. 

Group Notes

• Corrected a lag performance bug when individual notes are deleted as part of the group note. 

Agenda

• Fixed a display bug causing the staff to show twice for a group appointment.
