Clicking the ? icon to the left of the user avatar in the top right of Bells will launch our enhanced Bells help and guides menu. 

Under this new menu, you'll find - 

  • User Guide
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
  • Release Notes for the Web and Mobile applications
  • Quick Start Guides
  • Webinars
  • Support

Additionally, there are more tabs for Guides and Tasks. 

Help Tab

The Help tab gives you quick links to Bells Documentation. Bells is 100% documented.  If you want to know about a feature, it's in there! To view the Bells documentation, click a row and a new browser tab will open and take you right to that section of our knowledge base.

One thing to keep in mind - the search text box here only searches this list of help topic titles as well as Guide titles.  To search within the knowledge base, you need to click a link to move into the knowledge base.  The knowledge base has its own search that looks inside each knowledge base article for matches for your search text.

Guides Tab 

What is a Guide? When you find you'd like a little more information on using a Bells Feature, you can access a Guide. You can think of a Guide as having Bells sitting right at your side, guiding you step-by-step on how to complete a task.

Tasks Tab

We have curated a list of Tasks that will help you quickly get up-to-speed with using Bells.  Each task launches a Guide to show you more about the feature. Complete them all at once or as you have time. Either way, they're there to help you!
