Performance Tracking Note 

The Performance Tracking Note has been updated to ensure Goal/Objective information is no longer duplicating in the grid.

Progress Note Reports – Additional Information

The Progress Notes are being updated to include the following information on the printout:

• Agency Address: This will pull from the Facility on the Note or from CT|One Master if the field is blank on the Facility Maintenance.
• Agency Phone Number: This will pull from the Facility on the Note or from CT|One Master if the field is blank on the Facility Maintenance.
• Agency Fax: This will pull from the Facility on the Note or from CT|One Master if the field is blank on the Facility Maintenance.
• Bill Code: this will pull the Procedure Code from the Claim once the Note is processed through billing. This is configured via the "PrintBillingCodeOnNote" flag.
  

Home Base – Client Groups tab 

Home Base has been updated to include a Client Groups section. This will show all Groups the Staff is linked to view Groups Maintenance.

IL HRA State Reporting Form

The Illinois HRA Form has been updated to pull in the RIN number from the Client Master > Medicaid ID field.

KS AIMS 2021 State Reporting 
A new AIMS 2021 process has been released to all Kansas agencies. This process is being beta tested and will be fully rolled out to all Illinois Agencies once testing is complete.
