Client Access Log V2
From time to time you may need to find out which staff accessed a client record and what activities the staff completed in a client chart. The Client Access Log V2 report can be used to find the needed information. The report is an audit report that displays which staff accessed, edited, created, and/or printed client information. This report allows for the selection of a specific staff, client or chart activity to assist in narrowing down the information returned.
Access: Reports > Process Reports > Core Clinical Reports
Required Fields
- From and Thru Date
- Report Layout
- At least one Sort Key
Note: As with any report, using large date ranges or no filters can create longer run times and may slow down your system performance while generating.
