Bells Mobile App Release - 2.25.0 - 10/3/2024

Summary

  • Enhanced Bells Virtual Scribe with additional features and functionality.
  • Assorted bug fixes. 

Bells Scribe

  • Enhanced Bells Virtual Scribe with additional features and functionality including the ability to start a listening session from a note as well as a dictated listening session (a listening session where the patient is not present). Additionally updated buttons as part of the Bells Virtual Scribe functionality to be able to Pause the session and updated the handling behind the Continue button.

 

Feature

  • Addressed an issue incorrectly handling putting the user on the current day in the Agenda.

Bells Scribe

  • Introducing Bells Virtual Scribe! Bells Scribe listens in on your patient sessions and takes the notes for you. You can record the session, which will then transcribe into text to use in your scribbles and notes. The listening and recording happens in the Bells mobile application. Once transcribed the text is available to you in the web application to take directly into your progress notes.  For pricing and additional information on Bells Scribe please contact your Client Alignment Representative. 

Optical Character Recognition (OCR)

  • Introducing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for Bells! When you add an image to your scribble you can get the text from the image to be include in your scribbles or notes in Bells. This feature will also be available in the web application.

Expansions

Short term goals are now listed as part of the long term goal and the objective selected is shown as the data being tracked. The display now aligns with what is shown in the web application. 

 

Patient Chart

  • Corrected a display bug in the scribble section of the patient chart in mobile. 
  • Re-introduced the search field to the Patient Chart scribbles section.

Summary

  • Enhanced the Scribble functionality to allow users to attach images to the scribble when in offline mode/without internet connection. 
  • Updated sessions in mobile to allow users to edit the session prior to being turned into a note in the web. Users can tap on the session in the dashboard or sessions displays and change selections on the session.

  • For CT|One users, updated Sessions to respect the new configuration on the Web application for overriding and setting defaults for Service Locations Places of Service.

We also split the Service Location and Place of Service selection as part of the session workflow and renamed Locations Role to Place of Service. 

Patients

  • Enhanced patient search in the mobile app to allow users to search for patients with the same criteria they can in the web. This includes Patient ID/MRN, Date of Birth, last Name, Initials, Partial Search and Phone Number.  
  • Updated the Patient Details display of Treatment Plans to include the Treatment Plan start date. Also updated the styling of the display.

Drop-Ins

  • Introducing Option Placeholders. Option placeholders can be added to drop-ins only in the web app to then be used in scribbles in the Mobile application. Option placeholders in drop-ins allow you to make selections as part of a drop-in. There are two new placeholders, one for single-choice and one for multi-choice.

Goal Tracking

  • For CT|One users in Goal Tracking, visually cleaned up the goal tracking displays.

 

Agenda/Appointments

  • Corrected a bug in the mobile agenda display not showing External appointments. 

Mobile Dashboard

  • Fixed a bug on the mobile dashboard not accurately showing the appointments for the user. 

Patients

  • Updated the Patient section Address to show the patient's address as expected and to be consistent with how it is shown in the web. 

 


Bells Mobile Release - 2.7.0 - 04/13/2023

Summary

  • CT|One users - we're bringing you Goal Tracking! Goal Tracking sessions can be started in Mobile and continued into notes in the Web application. 
  • Enhanced the patient card display of the dashboard. The full patient card now shows instead of just the avatar and name.
  • myEvolv users - updated sessions to pull the service and location data live. 
  • Assorted bug fixes.

 

Goal Tracking

  • For CT|One users, introducing Goal Tracking! Goal Tracking sessions can be started in Mobile and continued into notes in the Web application. Goal Tracking allows users to track levels of assistance, prompts and if the selected goals/objectives were achieved, as-well-as adding comments for the tracking. This can be done with multiple patients in a session. Additionally, enhanced the Session section and the Patient details displays to include Goal Tracking session details. 

Dashboard

  • Updated the look of the Patient section of the dashboard. The full patient card now shows instead of just the avatar and name. The patient card includes the patient name, patient ID, gender, age and date of birth. 

Sessions

  • For myEvolv users, enhanced the session workflow to live pull the session details from the EHR. This will pull the active data for location, place of service and service. 

 

Scribbles

  • Corrected a bug as part of the new dashboard and scribbles not retaining scribble content. 

Agenda

  • Fixed a display issue on the Today button as part of the Agenda display. 

Sessions

  • Corrected an issue for Android users prompting twice when entering session date/time on Sessions. 
  • For myEvolv users, fixed a bug clearing the Place of Service as part of the session workflow.

Bells Mobile Release 2.3.0 - 12/22/2022

Summary

  • Introduced Scribble and Drop-In sharing functionality. When a scribble or drop-in is shared via the web, they can be used in the Mobile application. 
  • For myAvatar users, updated the appointment cancel functionality to show the Status and Reason provided when the appointment is cancelled, as well as showing the correct appointment status. 

Scribble Sharing

  • Enhanced the Scribble functionality to show shared scribbles from the web. Mobile shared scribbles are read-only. 

Drop-In Sharing

  • Updated drop-ins on the mobile application, to include shared drop-ins from the web. These shared drop-ins can be used in scribble on Mobile.

  • For myAvatar users, added the cancelled status and reason provided when an appointment is cancelled in the appointment details display.

  • Introduced the session time-out preference in Bells mobile.

  • Introducing the new session time-out preference. Bells admin users can set a new session time-out preference under Organization settings in the web application. This setting is now respected in the mobile application. The default for this setting is 30 minutes.

  • For myAvatar users, we've added the ability to cancel appointments in Bells mobile.

  • Corrected the button verbiage for myAvatar users between the first and second session creation display.

  • Enhanced the Goals/Objectives display to allow for up to 3 tiers to display when the treatment plan in CT|One supports the data entry. This mean that treatment plans that include Long Term and Short Term goals are now properly supported.

  • Corrected a bug in the display of Staff avatars in the agenda display.

Progress Notes

  • Fixed a visual issue within the progress note display in the mobile application for Custom Note Section content not aligning properly in the display.

Patient Population Management

  • Updated the Mobile application to respect the web updates made for Patient Population Management. PPM will allow admins to further restrict or alleviate access to patients. These restrictions can now be made at the organization level, user level or patient level in the web application.

  • Enhanced the appointment display for Group Appointment to include the Group indicator and Group name as part of the appointment card in the list and the appointment details. 
  • Updated the agenda display for the top date bar to include a Today button. Users can click the new button to redirect them back to the current date when scrolled to the past or in the future on the top date bar.

  • Enhanced the Drop-In and Expansion functionality in Mobile to include Organization Level (across all users) Drop-Ins and Expansions, admins can set up organization level drop-ins or expansions in the web application to be used by all users in the mobile application.

  • Fixed a bug removing the patient from the scribble when a drop-in is applied.

  • Corrected a display bug for the appointment cards not correctly separating in the agenda.

Bells Mobile Release 1.13.0 - 11/11/2021

Summary

  • Updated the session icon within the scribble to match the color-coding based on the status of the session/note. A gray icon depicts that the session has not started, a blue icon means the session is in progress and the green icon for the sessions indicates that the session is complete and the note is written/signed. 
  • Assorted Bug Fixes.

  • Updated the scribble session display icon to be color-coded when within the scribble to match the color-coding that is already in the scribble list based on the status of the session.

Summary

  • New Feature: Group Notes. Group notes are used when a therapist sees several patients at one time and then needs to write a note for each individual that attended the group session. In Bells web application, you can make Group Notes directly for the group or via a Group Appointment displayed in the Agenda. Groups are configured in CT|One. Updated Mobile to include the display of the group notes.
